a0f6d678c4 Add HTML Purify to BBCode::convert 
- Replace previous HTML cleanup using DOMDocument
- Remove obsolete HTML::sanitizeCSS method
- Use Strings::autoLinkRegEx for PageInfo::getRelevantUrlFromBody
